When we review a return
Ask for a review if the SKU that arrives is not the SKU on the order, if the foil is crushed or opened in transit, or if the courier records a delivery that never reached you. File through Follow my order within seven days of the first delivery attempt, and keep photos of the packet and the label.
What we do not take back
We do not take returns because a variety failed to germinate after sowing. Seed performance depends on soil, season, and care after it leaves the house. Prepaid refunds, when approved, go back to the original UPI instrument. COD refunds, when approved, are paid to the bank details you confirm by email. Replacement packs are offered when the same SKU is still on the bench.
